1. How Your Data Is Handled Upon Deletion

When you delete your account, your personal data is anonymized. Identifying information such as your name, email, and username is removed. Posts and comments you authored are retained as 'Deleted User' to maintain board record integrity.

2. Data Retention Period

Information you provided at registration is retained for one year after account deletion, then permanently deleted.

3. Requesting Complete Data Erasure

If you wish to have all your data deleted before the one-year period, please contact us before deleting your account. We will process your request and you may then proceed with account deletion.

Disconnecting Facebook

If you registered via Facebook, you can disconnect the app directly from Facebook. Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Find CCBA → Remove
